To put it simply, we are a warehouse located at 351 Victory Road tucked in the Shenandoah Valley. Established in 2016.
No tricks, no gimmicks — Just a warehouse transformed into a functional fitness gym for all fitness enthusiasts to enjoy. In 2021, Warehouse 351 became the home of CrossFit Vicerant. What makes us unique? Not only do we offer our members daily programs and classes to get involved in, we provide 24/7 access to the facility. We believe that your body was designed to do work. With our current subtle and complacent lifestyles, we feel people are now missing two things:
The ability to move properly in our basic and everyday life functions. The mental strength and capacity to endure challenges that are presented to us everyday. We believe that we can restore your body’s ability to move well and condition the mind to overcome mental hardship through our constantly varied workouts. |

“351” began with a small group of friends looking for a place to workout. Through this core group, we established a tight family atmosphere focused on support and accountability. By providing a positive environment, we are able to improve as a whole. When we support each other in a positive environment, we show up to the workouts and hold ourselves and each other accountable.
We support each other during the challenging workouts, and we enjoy the feeling of satisfaction after sweating together. This structure is what has made 351’s members so successful and what translates to our newest members. We believe positive people attract each other and the cycle repeats itself. |
