Just like any sport, to be the best, you need to start young. We are training the next generation of athletes by familiarizing them with the movements associated with this type of fitness. Our classes will be teaching body awareness, functional fitness (yes, your child will workout but in a fun way), gymnastics, speed & agility, etc.
Classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00PM! Ages 7-12 Kid's Classes take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4PM! |
