What is phase I?
Phase I is our foundations program for beginners or those who are trying to get back into a consistent fitness routine again! Our classes are a blast and our coaches are motivating. We aim to get participants acclimated with our methods, programming and community. We also offer nutrition coaching with this program.
Our program is 4 weeks long and participants get to workout 4 days/week! The next session begins on January 3rd at the following times:
Mondays - 6:30PM
Wednesdays - 6:30PM
Thursdays - 6:30PM
Fridays - ANY class listed on schedule
