Barbell classes
The next barbell class is set for Saturday, February 20th! Class will be from 7:30AM-9:30AM. These classes are perfect for beginner and intermediate athletes who are looking for very detailed and in-depth instructions on the snatch and the clean and jerk. The programming is designed to take the athletes further with their olympic lifts and to dial in on the form. Coaches Hayden Perry and Meredith Reyes will be overseeing this class. We look forward to working on barbell cycling technique with you all and will lift heavy as well. See you soon!
